Soleste Spring Gardens (formerly known as Soleste at the District) will offer 240 Class A residential units in an eight-story building, the Construction Journal reports. Construction began on the $36 million venture in 2020 and will open in Spring 2022.
Residential units range from studios to two-bedroom layout plans. The smallest unit measures 400 square feet, and the largest unit measures about 1,100 square feet, per the Real Deal. On-site amenities include a pool, cabanas, a dog park, and a pet spa.
At this time, there is no information regarding rent. However, according to Apartments.com, rent for similar units in the area ranges from $1,200 to $3,749 a month. The Estate Companies owns the project and doubles as the general contractor. The South Miami-based organization has nine active projects, mostly in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
It partnered with Modis Architects LLC, the project’s architect. Conceptual renderings show a white building with a wavy, avant-garde facade. The firm, also based in Miami, has 28 active projects costing more than $400 million to complete.
Soleste Spring Gardens is located at 1033 Spring Garden Road, Miami, FL, 33136, in Miami-Dade County. It’s south of the University of Miami Healthcare System and northwest of Booker T. Washington Senior High School.
