Maifly Narcoossee Apartments is a master-planned community coming to Orlando, FL. General contractor Summit Contracting Group, Inc. broke ground in April 2021 and will finish the job in the second quarter of 2022. Per the Construction Journal, the community’s estimated to cost $28.5 million to complete.
The complex is located on an 8.62-acre tract in Orange County. The community includes six four-story buildings, each comprising 40 units. The units range from studios to three-bedroom layout plans. In total, there are 240 apartments, and each comes with granite countertops and updated appliances. The buildings surround a retention pond.

One of the biggest amenities is a clubhouse, according to GrowthSpotter. The clubhouse features a cafe, fitness center, covered patio, and lounge. There’s also a pool and dog park on the community’s premises.
Group 4 Design designed the project. Conceptual renderings show mid-rise luxury garden-style buildings with wood frames. The at-market apartments require over 280,000 square feet of new construction. Group 4 Design currently has 21 active ventures, with many projects in Jacksonville. Most of its projects are in the private residential sector.
