Old Town Square is currently undergoing construction in Pompano Beach, FL. The luxury multi-family $63 million venture will include 282 residential units in a 10-story building. Per Old Town Square’s website, the units are aimed at young professionals and will rent for around $1,800 a month. Floor plans range from 459 square feet to about 875 square feet each. Layout plans range from studio apartments to two-bedroom units.
The building itself includes more than 203,000 square feet of new construction, with Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc. serving as the general contractor. In addition to the residential space, there will be about 5,400 square feet of retail and a 300-spot parking garage.
Old Town Square rests on 1.70-acre lot. It’s owned by Cavache Properties, which, according to the Construction Journal, has multiple active projects across various sectors. On-site amenities include a resort-style pool with an open-air deck, a whirlpool spa, clubhouse, and fitness center. The building is also close to many local shops and restaurants, nestled in the heart of Downtown Pompano Beach. According to Google Earth’s renderings, it’s west of Pompano Beach’s Innovation District.
Old Town Square’s address is the northeast corner of Northeast 1st Avenue and Northeast 3rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL, in Broward County. Before construction started, the land was previously undeveloped.
