Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments Phase I (now named “The Elysian”) is getting its second phase in Saint Augustine, FL. The $33.4 million project started construction in August 2021, with Summit Contracting Group, Inc. operating as the general contractor. Construction will finish in December 2022.
Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments Phase II comprises about 391,000 square feet of new construction, featuring 298 units in six four-story buildings. Layout plans range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Buildings one and two have the most square footage, located near the community’s entrance.

There are 149 one-bedroom units, 121 two-bedroom units, and 28 three-bedroom units. The Elysian has 348 units, offering similar layout plans.
The Jacksonville Daily Observer notes that the 12-acre site has 553 surface parking spots, five garage buildings, and a maintenance building. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, children’s park, and dog park. ARC3 Architecture, Inc. designed the project. Conceptual renderings show neutral-colored, garden-style buildings. The at-market units come with outdoor balconies and patios.

Falcone Group, LLC owns the project. It’s working with Prosser Inc., the project’s civil engineer. Every organization working on this project is based out of Florida. Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments Phase II’s address is northeast of County Road 210 West and Beachwalk Boulevard, Saint Augustine, FL, in Saint Johns County.
