The South Florida Business Journal reports that Restaurant Row is continuing construction. The venture will provide space for five restaurants, two of which are Pubbelly Sushi and El Camino. Both have locations throughout South Florida. Pubbelly Sushi is a Japanese/Latin fusion restaurant, while El Camino offers Mexican food. At this time, the three remaining spaces were unoccupied––though that may change in the near future.
The Construction Journal reports that the venture will cost around $10.46 million to complete. Restaurant Row is owned by PEBB Enterprises, which acquired the 1.94-acre site for $2.35 million. The one-story complex requires more than 22,500 square feet of new construction.
Mason Development and Construction is the general contractor. It broke ground on the venture in October 2021. It will ideally finish in the latter half of 2022. The Jupiter-based organization currently has 16 active projects, mostly in the private commercial sector. Its other active projects include Mainstreet at Boynton in Boynton Beach and a Wawa in Coral Springs. TVS Design is the architect.
Restaurant Row’s address is next to an office building located at 5355 Town Center Circle, Boca Raton, FL, 33432, in Palm Beach County. It’s west of Boca Raton High School.
