Mixed Use Residential Building to Provide 161 Units at 912 East Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, FL, 33134

Regency on the Park is unfolding in Miami-Dade County, FL. The project received approval from the city’s commissioners in 2018, per the South Florida Business Journal. The Construction Journal reports that the project was delayed in June 2020. However, it seems that plans for the 12-story tower are moving forward.

Regency on the Park will comprise over 385,000 feet of new construction, featuring 161 residential units. Of those units, there are 63 one-bedroom units, 86 two-bedroom units, and 12 work/live-in units. They measure 810 square feet, 1,090 square feet, and 1,265 square feet, respectively.

The mixed-use venture features residential units and commercial space.

The listing on Apartments.com suggests that the complex could open by 2023. While rent’s not yet available, the South Florida Business Journal reports that Coral Gables has some of the highest monthly rents in the state.

Behar Font & Partners designed the building. Conceptual renderings show a neutral-colored high-rise building with balconies. It’s clear from the floor-to-ceiling exterior windows that Regency on the Park takes advantage of natural lighting. One of the biggest draws is the 6,000-square-foot public park.

Regency on the Park’s address is 912 East Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, FL, 33134, in Miami-Dade County. The project’s estimated to cost about $30 million to complete.
