Forte on Flagler is unfolding in Palm Beach County, FL. The ultra-luxury complex is a 24-story tower that will deliver over 40 multi-bedroom units. The condos range from four- to five-bedroom units, measuring around 4,200 square feet each. The crowning jewel is a rooftop two-story penthouse that comes with an infinity pool.
In a 2019 report, the South Florida Business Journal noted that units range from $3.8 million to $7.5 million each—although numbers may have changed since then.
Condos come with private elevators, 10-foot-high ceilings, imported Italian cabinetry, and “His and Her” walk-in closets. Communal amenities include an on-site wellness center, 24-hour security and surveillance, and charging stations for electric cars. Paid services include personal shoppers, housekeeping, and interior design services.
Arquitectonica Headquarters designed the venture. Its chic, trademark design features a cylindrical tower with floor-to-ceiling windows. Forte on Flagler’s website notes that some units come with 1,000 square feet of outdoor space, made possible by balconies with waterfront views.
The build site rests on 1.38 acres and requires more than 300,000 square feet of new construction. The South Florida Business Journal reported that construction was scheduled to start in 2019 and would take about two years to build.
Forte on Flagler’s address is at the intracoastal front of 1309 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401.
