Bryce Landing is undergoing construction in Middleburg, FL. Construction started in early 2021 and will conclude in May 2022. The Housing Trust Group, LLC (HTG) owns the venture. According to the organization’s website, homes are reserved for those making 30 to 60 percent of the area median income. Rent ranges from $314 to $1,039 a month.
The community comprises four garden-style buildings measuring about three stories above grade. It offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The smallest units are 717 square feet, and the largest units measure 1,191 square feet each. Records show that 96 units are available.
Bryce Landing will cost around $21 million to complete. Amenities include a dog park, swimming pool, fitness center, poolside cabanas, and playground. Affording Housing Finance reports that the community will offer an observation deck that lets residents take in the surrounding landscape.
Fugleberg Koch Architects, Inc. designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show low-rise buildings with grey, brown, and white facades. Renderings also show a spacious parking lot. Other involved parties on the venture include Wood + Partners, Inc. and Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. The latter party is the general contractor.
