In 2019, AHS Residential announced plans to build a 288-unit community in Palm Beach County, FL. Called “AHS Pine Ridge,” the community broke ground in August 2021. Completion’s slated for the first quarter of 2023. It will include four multi-story buildings that offer workforce housing. Units include one-bedroom and two-bedroom layout options. They come with new appliances and in-unit washers and dryers.

Right now, the area’s average median income is about $66,000 a year. Residences will be available to people who make less than that amount. AHS Residential is the general contractor.

Construction started in 2021.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that a $37.21 million construction loan made the endeavor possible. Amenities include a dog park, swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and communal areas. Plans call for more than 215,000 square feet of new construction.

Southeast Architects Services designed the venture. Conceptual renderings reveal balconies, an on-site parking lot, and a blue, white, and brown facade. Other involved entities on the venture include Schmidt Nichols and Reikenis & Associates, LLC. They are the land planner and civil engineer, respectively.

The build site measures more than 11 acres.

The community’s address is 6221 Southern Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL, 33413, in Palm Beach County. Per Google Earth’s renderings, the venture’s located east of the Florida Turnpike and west of I-95.
