Community Comprised of “Tiny Homes” Slated for Charlotte County, FL

Big things truly come in small packages––and that’s certainly the case for Simple Life Ventures Tiny Home Park in Charlotte County, FL. The community, comprising of “tiny houses,” will offer over 220 homes on 68 acres. Cottages run from one- to two-bedroom units, starting at $130,000. Most homes measure about 400 to 1,100 square feet each.

Simple Life Partners LLC owns the project, and it’s also serving as the general contractor. The Jacksonville-based firm focuses on delivering communities featuring small houses in Florida and North Carolina.

It already has three established communities: one in Oxford, Florida, and two in North Carolina. ABC 7 reported that Simple Life Partners LLC hopes to have the Charlotte County project finished in 2022.

From the outside, Simple Life Ventures Tiny Home Park (called “Reflections at Simple Life” in some sources) will look like your standard gated community. Behind those gates, however, residents will enjoy the dog park, walking trails, pool, and pickleball court. The cottages themselves come with “luxury designs.”

The community’s located in Charlotte County, FL.

Involved parties on the project include Castellanos + Tramonte Architects (the architect), Barraco & Associates Incorporated (the civil engineer), Miller Professional Engineering, LLC (the MEP engineer), and Sabo Structural Engineering (the structural engineer). These organizations are also working together on a separate project that will deliver the community’s amenity center.

The community’s address is 12150 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, FL, 33955, in Charlotte County.
