Dezer Development and Bentley Motors announce the launch of a 12,000-square-foot sales gallery for the upcoming Bentley Residences, a 749-foot-tall ultra-luxury condominium tower designed by Sieger Suarez Architects set to be constructed at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The first phase of the $10 million sales gallery is set to debut later this month as the developer wraps up construction, located just a short walk away from the site of the planned tower at 18325 Collins Avenue and prepped to include a full-scale 6,000-square-foot model of a unit at Bentley residences, a theatre and a brokers’ lounge. Bentley Residences will stand 62 stories over the Sunny Isles Beach ocean front and will yield 216 luxury residences, soon to take the crown for the tallest residential building on a beachfront in the United States.

“Bentley Residences will be a true branding experience from the unseen details to the unique way the buyers will be able to go home. Having four parking spaces adjacent to your unit with a swimming pool is a game-changer,” says President of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer.

There will be a life-sized sculpture of a Bentley vehicle treading through water installed at the front of the sales gallery, which will eventually be moved to the front of the tower after completion.

All residences will have private garages connected to the Dezervator; eastern units facing the ocean will have four-car garages, while western units facing the Intracoastal Waterway will have space for up to three cars. Amenities at Bentley Residences will include a gym, pool, spa, theater, bar, restaurant and lounge, cabanas and landscaped gardens. The developer plans to handle sales in-house, with prices ranging from $3.9 million to $6 million for west-facing units, and  $5.5 million to $7.5 million for east facing units. Penthouses will fall in the $20 million range, which would be launched at a later time frame. The projected sellout for the development is $1.2 billion.

Property records show Dezer Hotel Management Ltd., owned and managed by Dezer Development, purchased the 3.6-acre property at 18401 Collins Avenue in 1996 for $6.8 million, which is currently improved with a the five-story, 180-key Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort completed in 1956. Dezer could commence demolition of the building some time in May, and break ground to begin foundation work in Q4 of this year. Vertical construction of Bentley Residences likely won’t occur until mid 2023.

  1. the rendering leads one to believe that this erection is in the middle of an oasis on the Saudi coast…..but in reality its sandwiched in between the Porsche tower and probably the soon to come Cadillac Ubertower. I hope all the flashy triangles are solar collectors. I hope you can bring your car right into your bedroom, or better yet, the bathtub for a cleaning.

  2. Very misleading renderings. There is a solid line of high rise buildings. This is the missing link.

  3. Wow. So ugly. I see the sun reflecting off the metal and glass to harass neighbors and citizens on all sides. Everyone will hate this mess, if it ever gets built?

  4. …….and who would want to live there with all that congestion and traffic.

  5. Wow… What a time to be a billionaire.
