Luxe on Tenth is unfolding in Sarasota, FL. Capital Investment Group previously sought to rezone 3.15 acres that now allows for high-density housing. The community will comprise 157 units in a four-story building.
Sarasota County records noted that 47 of the rental units will be designated as affordable housing, set aside for those making 80 to 120 percent of the area’s median income. While amenities have not yet been disclosed, plans are underway for over 200 parking spaces.

Per the City of Sarasota’s records, rent will range anywhere from $1,000 to $2,800 a month. Since these records are from 2020, rent estimates may have changed since then.
Luxe on Tenth requires more than 178,000 square feet of new construction. Once construction starts, it will take about 18 months to complete. The Douglas Company––Southeast Division is the general contractor. Hoyt Architects designed the community. Plans show a low-rise building featuring balconies.
Luxe on 10th is in the northern part of the Rosemary District.
Stantec Consulting Engineers, Inc. is the civil engineer. Records show that the Sarasota-based organization hopes to integrate the already-existing landscape into the community’s design. Plans include outdoor courtyards and a dog run.
