Echelon at Delray Beach is moving toward completion in Palm Beach County, FL. The $44 million residential venture provides 14 units in a three-story building. Of the 14 units, four of them are penthouses.
Echelon at Delray Beach is owned by US Construction Incorporated. The Pennsylvania-based organization is also the general contractor. Each condo comes with three bedrooms, with each unit ranging anywhere from 2,475 square feet to 3,543 square feet. The project itself requires more than 77,000 square feet of new construction.
Units come outfitted with private balconies and oceanfront views. Additionally, each residence comes with two private parking spaces. Communal amenities include a pool deck, fitness center, and courtyards.
The South Florida Business Journal estimates that, based on similar listings in the area, units will go for millions. The publication notes that housing demand is high in Delray, and residents are willing to pay more for housing. There is also a limited number of vacant parcels in the area.
Randall Stofft Architects designed the community, and it shared conceptual renderings online. The architecture reveals a postmodern design with floor-to-ceiling windows and curated landscaping.
Involved entities on the venture include Design Studio Boca (DS Boca), Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc., and TLC Engineering for Architecture. Echelon at Delray Beach’s address is 1625 South Ocean Boulevard, Delray Beach, FL, 33483, in Palm Beach County.
