Grandview at Bay Beach is halfway to completion in Lee County, FL. The 11-story tower features 58 residences, ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet each. Units come outfitted with open floor plans, private elevators, balconies, and gourmet kitchens. Options range from three- to four-bedroom layout plans. They start at $1 million each. Penthouses start at $2 million.
Construction on the venture began in 2020 but was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Yet, the project is moving forward, having reached its halfway point in the first quarter of 2022. Completion’s slated for the second quarter of 2023.
Suffolk Construction Company, based out of Miami, is the general contractor. It will provide 150,000 square feet of new construction to complete the project. Right now, the firm oversees 22 ventures in the private, public, and municipal sectors.
Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects, Inc. is the architect. The organization shared conceptual renderings on Grandview at Bay Beach’s website. Renderings show that, from above, the building makes a semi-circle shape. It’s divided into six sections. Renderings show private parking, courtyards, and terraces. The building sports a neutral-colored facade.
Grandview’s address is 4530 Bay Beach Lane, Fort Myers, Florida, 33931, in Lee County. It’s west of I-95 and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
