Parasol is continuing construction in Melbourne, FL. The community’s designed for older people looking to maintain healthy and active lifestyles. Construction began on the venture in early 2021. It will ideally open in Winter 2022.
Apartments.com notes that the community will feature 159 units, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom apartments. The luxury homes come outfitted with hardwood floors, balconies, and new appliances. Parasol itself measures four stories above grade.

Communal amenities include a dog park, fitness center, car wash, community garden, and much, much more. Additionally, the community features a host of on-site activities, including cooking lessons, arts and crafts workshops, and academic courses.
Adelon Capital owns the venture. The Hollywood-based firm oversees four active projects, all in the private sector. In addition to Parasol, active ventures include Crystal Lagoon in Lake and Sumter counties, as well as Kissimmee Apartments in Central Florida.

Eleven18 Architecture designed the venture. Other involved parties include CEG – Construction Engineering Group, LLC, Gutherman Structural Engineers, Inc., and Certified General Contractors, Inc. They are Parasol’s civil and MEP engineer, structural engineer, and design-build firm, respectively.
Parasol’s address is 4881 Dairy Road, Melbourne, FL, 32904, in Brevard County. The community’s east of I-95 and west of the Indian River.
