Port St. Lucie will soon be home to Mason Port St. Lucie, a planned housing development that will offer more than 250 residences. Per Rebusiness Online, the venture will offer one-bedroom to three-bedroom at-market homes. Apartments.com notes that there will be 102 one-bedroom units, 96 two-bedroom units, and 54 three-bedroom units.
The 16-plus acre build site requires more than 301,000 square feet of new construction, with Summit Contracting Group, Inc. acting as the general contractor. Construction began in June 2021 and will ideally end by the first quarter of 2023. The community will comprise seven three-story buildings.

According to Summit Contracting Group Inc.’s website, amenities include a dog park, fitness center, and clubhouse. Some units come with detached garages. While rent is not yet publicly available, Zumper notes that the average rent for Port St. Lucie is about $1,200 a month, a two percent increase from the previous year. Mason Port St. Lucie may fall within similar parameters.
