Pine Vista To Offer More Than Single-Family 400 Homes at 8600 Southwest 132nd Avenue, Homestead, Florida

Lennar Homes has big plans for a masterplan community in Homestead, Florida. The organization purchased the 43.7-acre build site for $29 million in 2019, per the South Florida Business Journal. Previously, it was home to a mobile home park for seniors and campground. Now, plans are underway for over 400 family homes. The community is called “Pine Vista.”

Homes range from $335,990 to $535,990 (although this is subject to change). They are categorized into three collections. There are 57 San Jose models, which offer units ranging from three bedrooms to five bedrooms.

Plans also include 187 Pasadena Collection homes, which comprise three to four bedrooms. Finally, the Malibu Collection, which offers 209 homes, offers three-bedroom units. Each home measures one to two stories above grade, and some models come with parking garages. They range from 1,833 to 3,221 square feet each.

Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, and tot lot. In terms of location, Pine Vista is in a relatively suburban area. It’s south of Zoo Miami and west of Key Biscayne National Park.

Pine Vista will replace a senior mobile home park and campground.

Lennar Homes broke ground on the venture in the fourth quarter of 2021. Completion’s expected to end in either 2022 or 2023. Pine Vista’s address is listed as 28600 Southwest 132nd Avenue, Homestead, Florida, 33033, in Miami-Dade County.
