Pura Vida Hialeah Finishes Construction at 3051 West 16th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida

Pura Vida Hialeah just wrapped up construction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The $53 million venture is a residential community offering 260 units. Spread across three eight-story buildings, homes range from 538 square feet to 1,099 square feet each.

Apartments come outfitted with stainless steel appliances, porcelain bathroom floors, and in-unit washers/dryers. Apartments.com notes that rent ranges from $1,698 to $2,662 a month. Communal amenities include a children’s playground, resort-style swimming pool, poolside cabanas, on-site parking, and a dog park.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that Pura Vida Hialeah comprises 11,000 square feet of retail on the buildings’ ground floors. The nine-acre venture is surrounded by 40,000 square feet of retail stores that broke ground in 2019. They include a Dollar Tree, Wawa, Taco Bell, convenience store, and healthcare center.

Construction began on the residential aspect in November 2020, with Kast Construction Company LLC operating as the general contractor. The venture required more than 380,000 square feet of new construction.

Brown Development Group is the owner. Behar Font & Partners is the architect. The Coral Gables-based firm currently has over 40 active projects. One of its recent ventures, Allapattah 17, finished construction in Miami, Florida.

  1. I believe this is phase 1 of this development. The entire space was a trailer park and there is a lot left to develop. Tremendous upgrade to the area.
