Summer House at Lake Apopka is undergoing construction in Apopka, Florida. The $50.9 million project will comprise four buildings measuring four stories above grade. It will offer 267 apartments, measuring 797 square feet to 1,378 square feet each. The community sits on 13.45 acres.
Units will come equipped with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and walk-in closets. Communal amenities include a two-story clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, golf simulator room, and more. One of the buildings’ second floor features outdoor seating and shuffleboard table. The goal is to make residents feel as though they’re living in a luxury hotel. NM Residential, LLC owns the venture.
Nvision Development Management Services, LLC, one of the developers, shared conceptual renderings via an online booklet. Renderings show that the mid-rise buildings form a square with an interior courtyard, pond, walking trail, and swimming pool. MMI Development is the other developer on the venture.
Construction began on Summer House at Apopka Lake in Summer 2021. It will finish in late 2022. It’s located next to the Marden Ridge Apartments project, a new community that offers 272 housing units. In total, both communities comprise 34 acres.
Summer House at Lake Apopka’s address is 1438 Marden Ridge Loop, Apopka, Florida, 32703, in Orange County.
