The Nolen To Offer 31 Luxury Homes at 126 4th Avenue Northeast, Saint Petersburg, Florida

The Nolen is a luxury housing development coming to Saint Petersburg, Florida. The project, valued at $50 million, will offer a 23-story tower with 31 residences. Condos begin on the tower’s fourth floor and continue all the way to the 22nd floor. The 23rd floor offers two penthouses. Each residential floor features two homes.

Homes come with private elevators, 10-foot-high ceilings, and outdoor terraces. Oceanfront Realty reports that homes start at 2,156 square feet, offering three bedrooms. They start at $1.4 million. The tower offers a three-story parking garage with 63 spaces, as well as 1,260 square feet of retail space.

The high-rise tower will finish completion by 2024.

Communal amenities include a heated resort-style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and “the Salon,” a lounge with various amenities. DDA Development owns the project. Place Architecture designed the tower. Renderings show a sleek, high-rise building with a neutral-colored facade.

EWI Construction is the general contractor. Construction’s expected to start early next year and conclude by 2024. The build site is presently home to Watergarden Inn at the Bay, a structure that dates back to 1910. The structure will be moved to make way for new construction.

Amenities include a heated resort-style swimming pool.
