Cipriani Residences Miami is a new luxury venture featuring three high-rise buildings, measuring 80, 59, and 50 stories above grade. The tallest tower (called “the Cipriani Tower”) measures 939 feet tall. Miami Condo Investments reports that plans include 397 condos, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units.
Homes come with 10-foot-high ceilings, imported Italian cabinets, and panoramic views. The goal is to provide unparalleled, luxury living under the Cipriani brand. The Real Deal reports the residences start at $1.1 million.
Amenities include a pool deck, spa, and more.
Construction’s expected to start by the end of 2022, with Mast Capital operating as the general contractor. Completion’s slated for 2025. Amenities include a spa, dog park, elevated pool deck, and private lounge. Mast Capital purchased the vacant 2.8-acre site (one of the biggest vacant lots in the Brickell area) from an affiliate of the Rega Group. Arquitectonica Headquarters is the architect and designed the three towers.
Forbes notes that Cipriani selected Miami for its newest venture because “Miami is currently one of the country’s hottest markets.” Cipriani has also found success with similar projects in the area.

Cipriani Residences Miami’s address is 1420 South Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33130, in Miami-Dade County. It’s east of I-95 and a short walk from the Miami South Channel.
