Alture Westland is nearing completion in Hialeah, Florida. The $30 million venture, located on the former premises of a Ramada Inn, will offer 251 luxury median-priced units. According to a 2021 report from the Miami-Herald, layout plans comprise studios and one-bedroom units, ranging from 340 square feet to 600 square feet each. The Real Deal reports that rent will hover around $1,200 a month.
Amenities include a lounge, dog park, swimming pool, barbeque area, and fitness center. Alture Westland is more than a residential venture, however. Plans also include more than 5,000 square feet of retail space. One of the commercial buildings is a 2,000-square-foot free-standing building with a drive-thru. Sources suggest that the building could be a fast-food restaurant.
Construction began on Alture Westland in early 2021, with 1950 Hialeah Holdings operating as the general contractor. The South Miami-based developer also owns the project. This is its only active venture.
Horizon Properties released a brochure regarding the development. It noted that Alture Westland was in a perfect location, visible by over 200,000 drivers each day. It also noted that the median household income was over $62,000 within a five-mile radius of the complex.
Alture Westland’s address is 1950 West 49th Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33012, in Miami-Dade County.
