Everlake at Mandarin Continues Construction in Jacksonville, Florida, in Duval County

Construction is continuing on Everlake at Mandarin, a 55+ community in Jacksonville, Florida. The venture compromises 192 “luxury paired homes” starting in the low $300’s. Homes are two-bedroom units with parking garages. Prospective residents can watch a livestream of the build site online.

The venture’s website notes that one of the homes, named “the Anabel,” measures about 1,600 square feet. Homes come with nine-foot-high ceilings, granite countertops, and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

The gated community features many shared amenities, including an amenity center that measures about 2,000 square feet, a lakeside swimming pool, fitness center, and grills. Residents have the opportunity to join the neighborhood’s homeowner’s association, which covers all landscaping and maintenance costs.

Everlake at Mandarin is within walking distance of an off-site complex called “Aterro multiuse recreational park.” The Jacksonville Daily Record reports that the premises hosts walking trails, a farmer’s market, and a dog park.

Stratagem Partners LLC purchased the build site for $1.18 million in 2019 through Edgewater Jacksonville Investors LLC. Housing Design Matters, Inc. is the project’s architect. Renderings show mid-sized duplexes with ceramic tiles, dens/flex space, and impact-grade windows.

Everlake at Mandarin’s address is located off of Craven Road in Jacksonville, Florida, in Duval County.
