Chicago-based global real estate company JLL has been selected to lease the office space at Wyncatcher, a 2-story boutique mixed-use property comprised of 47,852 square feet located at 2143 Northwest 1st Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Formerly an industrial building, the stand-alone property is has been fully converted by its owner, Morabito Properties, for office and restaurant use and features a rooftop terrace with striking views of the evolving Wynwood neighborhood. Known for its modern luxury properties designed by the world’s finest architects, artisans, and craftsmen, Wyncatcher is the developer’s first mixed-use development in Wynwood.
Designed by world renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, the unique building, sports elegant double-height, industrial-style windows that bathe the interior in natural light. Space configurations for office tenants are flexible, ranging from 3,976 square feet to 37,427 square feet. The restaurant space features 6,861 square feet of outdoor space as well as 6,051 square feet of interior space.

The District is already pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly, with easy access to public transportation. Additionally, infrastructure improvements to expand mobility are underway. Miami-Dade County is committed to establishing a new commuter rail service that would connect Wynwood with Downtown Miami. Metromover, the city’s free light-rail transit service, plans to extend service between Wynwood and existing stops such as Perez Art Museum; FTX Arena, home to the Miami Heat basketball team; Bayside Marketplace; Miami Dade College; and Miami International Airport. A Brightline commuter station that would connect Wynwood with Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando has also been proposed.
