The Blake at LPGA To Finish Construction in 2022 in Daytona Beach, Florida, in Volusia County

The Blake at LPGA is continuing construction in Daytona Beach, Florida. The $18.1 million venture started construction in 2021, with EBM Group, LLC serving as the general contractor. The assisted living facility’s expected to finish construction in late 2022.

Per the venture’s website, the endeavor will require more than 115,000 square feet of new construction, offering 118 apartments. Per the Daytona Beach News-Journal, of these 118 units, there will be 48 memory care units.

Construction’s scheduled to end by late 2022.

Assisted living residences will comprise one-bedroom and two-bedroom options with balconies. Memory care units are studios and “deluxe studios” with walk-in closets. The luxury units are at-market rate, although some sliding scale pricing options may be available.

Communal amenities include a full-service bar, chapel, fitness center, lounge, and a wealth of social programs. The Blake at LPGA will do more than provide comfortable accommodations for seniors; it’ll also create anywhere from 80 to 100 jobs. Some jobs comprise on-site medical professionals and outpatient therapists.
