Douglas Enclave Expected To End Construction in Fall 2022 at 61 Northwest 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida

Astor Development hopes to end construction on Douglas Enclave by the third quarter of 2022. Construction on the venture began in 2019 and involved demolishing a building, the South Florida Business Journal reports.

The high-rise building will offer nearly 200 units, including rental apartments and four townhomes. Douglas Enclave will offer workforce housing units to those living in Miami-Dade County, FL. The goal is to increase financially accessible housing units in the area. Current Builders Inc. is the general contractor.

Apartments range from 422 square feet to 947 square feet each.

The apartments comprise studios to two-bedroom layout plans, and they measure 422 to 947 square feet each. There are seven different layout plans to choose from. Behar Font & Partners is the project’s architect. Conceptual renderings reveal that homes may come with wood plank flooring and stone countertops, although this hasn’t been confirmed.

In addition to the residences, plans call for over 3,200 square feet of retail space and 170 parking spots. An affiliate of Astor Development owns the project. According to the Real Deal, the developer purchased the 1.1-acre build site for $5.1 million in July 2017. The venture will cost over $32 million to complete.

The complex is located in Miami-Dade County.

Douglas Enclave’s address is 61 Northwest 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33125, in Miami-Dade County.
