Icon Marina Village is continuing construction in West Palm Beach, Florida. The community comprises two high-rise buildings, offering 399 luxury units. Balfour Beatty Construction, the general contractor, broke ground on the development in April 2021. In total, the project will cost $107.4 million to build. Construction’s expected to end in 2024.
Residents can choose from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, each offering quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The luxury apartments are designed to feel like condos. Plans also call for two penthouses, which come with their own rooftop pools, per Balfour Beatty.
According to the Related Group, communal amenities include a semi-private beach club, fire pit with outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, and sauna. The buildings come with waterfront views of the surrounding area.
Icon Marina Village is just one aspect of a 19-acre master planned community. This community measures about five acres. The owner, Rybovich Holdings, has only active project right now––and it’s this one. Other involved entities on the venture include Arquitectonica Headquarters (the architect), the Related Group of Florida (the developer), and Kimley-Horn and Associates Incorporated (the civil engineer).
Icon Marina Village’s address is 4400 North Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, in Palm Beach County.
