Having worked in the region for many years, leading global architecture firm Arquitectonica has announced the opening of their office in Rosemary Square. Located at 477 South Rosemary Avenue in Downtown West Palm Beach, the office provides close accessibility to the firm’s ongoing projects in design and under construction. This work has served to reinforce their commitment to growing a presence in the region and establishing the new location helps support the firm’s capabilities in Florida that also includes projects in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville.
Arquitectonica has played a crucial and integral role in reimagining and redesigning the fabrics and textures of modern architecture in South Florida. Some of the regions most praised developments feature bold designs from them, which often infuses glass and various metallic materials into structures with unique curves and geometric profiles.
“We have long had a presence in the region thanks to strong client relationships and high‐profile projects,” said Arquitectonica’s CEO, Timothy Reedy. “We see tremendous opportunities for growth in the region and are excited about the prospects this new office will provide for our clients and the firm.”
“Our clients want an architecture firm that has a local presence backed by global expertise, and our expansion into West Palm Beach is a natural step to better serve our clients in the region,” Reedy added.
“Over the past several years we have experienced a steady increase in clients within the market and are confident that this location will advantageously position the firm to extend our service offerings and continue to build upon our strong foundation in Florida,” said Cintron.
Arquitectonica’s new office will be led by vice president and West Palm Beach office director, Michelle Cintron, AIA, who has been with the firm for more than 15 years. They are actively recruiting additional local talent that includes architects, project managers, designers, and administrative support.
Based in Miami, Arquitectonica has more than 600 employees across its network of national and international offices in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Manila, Lima and Sao Paulo, and now West Palm Beach.

Apart from Fote on Flagler, all Arquitectonica’s work has been mini copies of their mediocre boxes with jagged balconies in Miami. Look at Icon Marina Village’s parking garage facade along Flagler Drive. How did that trash get approved?! Keep architectural standards high in West Palm Beach, especially with Related’s proposed Ritz Carlton Residences. Less Tampa Bayshore Boulevard, and more Sunny Isles Beach…
Arquitectonica’s redesign of the proposed transit village is atrocious! WPB deserves so much better…
