Prima Luce To Offer 220 Luxury Residences at 2631 1st Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 33961

Prima Luce is continuing construction in Fort Myers, Florida. Upon completion, the $127 million luxury complex will offer homes starting in the low $300,000s. The biggest and most expensive models cost well over $1 million.

The community will comprise two high-rise towers featuring 220 homes. There are nine floorplan options to choose from, each coming with views of the nearby Caloosahatchee River. Homes range from studios to three-bedroom units, measuring 837 square feet to 2,207 square feet each. Each residence comes with a private residence, grand master suites, hurricane-resistant features, and crown molding.

Amenities include a waterfront pool, spa, fitness center, yoga studio, social room with catering kitchen, and a covered parking garage. Residents can purchase additional spaces for an additional fee, depending on availability.

MacFarlane Barney Development owns the pet-friendly development. This is the organization’s fifth and sixth high-rise towers in Fort Myers. Its other developments in Lee County include Beau Rivage, St. Tropez, Rivera on First Street, and a redeveloped  55+ community.

Titsch Architecture Inc. is the architect, and DeAngelis Diamond Construction, Inc. is the general contractor. These organizations hope to end construction by April 2024. Prima Luce’s address is 2631 1st Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 33961, in Lee County.
