Ocean 2000 Finishes Construction at 2000 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, Florida

Construction has ended on Ocean 2000 after almost four years of construction. The $92 million structure began construction in 2018, with Suffolk Construction Company Inc. working as the general contractor. The residential development offers 38 stories and more than 60 luxury units, all on 1.30 acres.

There are three layout plans to choose from: half-floor residences, full-floor residences, and the one duplex sky villa. They measure about 3,800 square feet to over 9,000 square feet each. Each unit offers multiple bedrooms, outdoor terraces, and private elevators.

Residences start at around 3,800 square feet each.

Communal amenities include a spa pavilion featuring a bamboo garden, podium sculpture garden, two swimming pools, and curated outdoor spaces. There is also a fitness center overlooking the community’s gardens.

Kobi Karp Architect & Interior Design was the building’s architect, and Calvin Giordano and Associates, Incorporated was the civil engineer. Both organizations have locations in South Florida. KAR Properties LLC owns Ocean 2000. Presently, the New York-based organization has three active projects in Florida, costing an estimated $304 million total. All of its projects are in the private residential sector.

Amenities include two swimming pools.

Ocean 2000 overlooks the nearby Atlantic Ocean. Its address is 2000 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, Florida, 33009, in Broward County. It’s west of Gulfstream Park Racing.
