JLL Tapped For Leasing At Iconic 480-Foot-Tall Citigroup Center In Downtown Miami

JLL has been appointed as the leasing agent for the recently renovated, 34-story Citigroup Center, one of Downtown Miami’s landmark Class A office properties. Centrally located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, in the heart of the business district, Citigroup Center is and pleasant stroll from Miami Riverwalk and other green spaces along the waterfront. At 480 feet, it offers tenants spectacular unobstructed views stretching from adjacent Bayfront Park across the bay to Key Biscayne.

The iconic tower was upgraded in 2020, featuring a new entrance, improvements to the lobby and exterior plaza, modernization of the elevators and a glass curtain wall façade, technology integration with further capital improvements to common areas and new spec suites to come.

The JLL team of Managing Directors Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun with Associate Madeline Fine will direct leasing activity at the iconic site owned by Monarch Alternative Capital, CP Group and Tourmaline Capital Partners.
