Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida, is a master-planned community home to stores, restaurants, residences, and more. Soon, it’ll also be home to a new Aloft Hotel, which is one of the 30 brands under the Marriott Bonvoy banner.

The 205-room hotel will be music-themed that will integrate the industry’s newest technologies. Each room will come with eclectic decor and reflect the hotel’s overarching theme. Lake Nona reports that plans include 15 one-bedroom suites with open-concept floorplans.

The hotel will measure six stories above grade and comprise about 150,000 square feet of new construction. Amenities include a 1,513-square-foot fitness center, 17,617-square-foot conference center, breakfast room, pool, and outdoor patio. The hotel itself will require 9.61 acres, and construction began earlier this spring.
