Bridge Point Cold Logistics Center Undergoing Construction at Northwest 164th Street and Northwest 104th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida

The South Florida Business Journal reports that Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County are coveted locations for warehouses and other industrial facilities. The area’s location, weather, and accessibility have made it so that out-of-state companies are signing leases on undeveloped land before construction even begins.

Bridge Point Cold Logistics Center is just one of those ventures. It’s a 312,000-square-foot facility is planned for Hialeah, Florida, having started construction earlier in 2021. The warehouse will provide high-tech refrigeration systems on a 20.16-acre property. Plans include 46 trailer parking stalls, over 200 parking spots, 49 docks, and various truck ramps.

The facility will measure over 300,000 square feet.

The facility will be designed to reach subzero temperatures and focus on preserving temperature-sensitive items. It will serve as a logistical center for FreezPak, which claims to be “one of the leading full-service cold and dry storage in the United States.” The organization presently has five other facilities in New Jersey. This is its first location in Florida.

Bridge Development Partners, LLC and PGIM Real Estate are the project’s two owners. Ware Malcomb––Miami is the venture’s architect. FCL Builders is the general contractor, and it hopes to finish the project by the fourth quarter of 2022.

The construction site as of May 4, 2022.

Bridge Point Cold Logistics Center’s address is Northwest 164th Street and Northwest 104th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, 33018, in Miami-Dade County.
