Evolve Gainesville To End Construction in 2023 at 931 West University Avenue, Gainesville, Florida

Evolve Gainesville started construction in early 2021. The high-rise complex will offer housing options to college students in the Alachua County, primarily those attending the University of Florida and Santa Fe College. CBG Building Company, the general contractor, hopes to end construction in 2023. Units will become available on August 22, 2023.

Apartments.com notes that Evolve Gainesville will measure 12 stories, offering 205 furnished units. Options range from studios to five-bedroom apartments, with rent starting at around $1,000 a month. They measure 385 square feet to 1,504 square feet each. In total, Evolve Gainesville comprises more than 324,000 square feet of new construction. The venture’s estimated to cost around $48 million to complete.

Homes come outfitted with stainless steel appliances, USB power outlets, and wood-style flooring. Communal amenities include a swimming pool, two-story fitness center, hot tub, coffee bar, and more. Dwell Design Studio Headquarters designed the project. The Atlanta-based organization shared conceptual renderings online, showing a brown, grey, and white tower sitting on what appears to be a two-story parking garage.

Units come furnished.
