Construction has ended on Hudson Village in Hollywood, Florida. Gomez Construction Company started working on the venture in Summer 2020 and finished construction nearly two years later. It cost about $13.6 million to build. Housing Trust Group, LLC is the owner.
Hudson Village measures eight stories above grade. It’s a mixed-use venture; of the 162,842 square feet, 7,839 square feet is ground floor commercial and amenity space. The remaining 155,003 square feet comprise over 95 residences. Per Apartments.com, homes range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layout plans, measuring 748 square feet to 1,087 square feet.

Hudson Village is a mixed-income community with affordable housing units. Communal amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, pool deck, media center, and clubhouse. Corwil Architects Inc. was the architect, Witkin Hults Design Group was the landscape architect, and Thomas Engineering Group, LLC was the civil engineer. Every organization involved in this project is based in Florida.
Hudson Village isn’t Housing Trust Group, LLC’s only venture. It has over 35 projects in the works, costing a total of $469 million. Some of its active projects include Park Ridge Apartments in Mulberry, FL, and Oak Valley in Ocala, FL.
