Miami Springs Town Center Continues Construction at 1 Curtiss Parkway, Miami Springs, Florida, 33166

Miami Springs Town Center is undergoing construction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The mixed-use venture will offer 51 apartments, ranging from 975 square feet to 1,075 square feet each. MiamiSprings.com notes that rent starts at $2,495 a month for a two-bedroom unit. In May 2021, the South Florida Business Journal reported that rent would start at around $1,850 a month. The structure itself cost $14 million to build.

The 51 apartments will be housed in a three-story building, comprising over 50,000 square feet of new construction. Miami Springs Town Center will also feature 23,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Plans include a parking garage with 124 spaces, although street parking is available.

Construction started in the third quarter of 2021.

Developers acquired the build site for $4.65 million in October 2018. They started demolition in early 2020, but the Covid-19 pandemic delayed the venture. Construction finally began in the third quarter of 2021. LV Lending and Crossman & Company own the project. Cabrera Ramos Architects, Inc. designed the community. Natalie West Contractors Incorporated is the sitework contractor. C&A Engineering, Inc. is the structural engineer.

The venture will offer residential units and retail space.

Miami Springs Town Center’s address is 1 Curtiss Parkway, Miami Springs, Florida, 33166, in Miami-Dade County. It’s east of Circle Park and within walking distance of Miami Springs Elementary School.
