Briny Residences is a mixed-use housing development slated for Pompano Beach, Florida. The high-rise tower will comprise 40 condos measuring 1,565 square feet to 2,324 square feet each. Amenities include a second-story pool deck and 100 parking spots (about two per unit).
Sources note that the tower will also offer 2,700 square feet of retail space, likely featuring shops and restaurants. The 105-foot structure will rest on 1.3 acres. In total, Briny Residences calls for more than 104,000 square feet of new construction.
The tower will offer retail space and 40 condos.
305 Briny Ave LLC purchased the build site for $9.7 million. There is already a structure on the build site, an apartment development constructed in 1951. It’s unclear at this time whether the apartment will be demolished to make way for the new venture.
US Construction, Incorporated and National Realty Investment Advisors (NRIA) are the project’s owners. They are based in Philadelphia and New Jersey, respectively. Stoff & Cooney Architects designed the project, and KEITH (Corporate Office) is the civil engineer.
The development is one block west of the Atlantic Ocean.
