Sources report that construction on Gateway Luxury Apartments is slated to start in Fall 2022. The residential venture (located in Pompano Beach, FL) will comprise 128 units, requiring almost 140,000 square feet of new construction total. The homes will be spread across four three-story buildings.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that there are 60 one-bedroom units, 62 two-bedroom units, and six three-bedroom units. Upper-floor homes come with balconies, while bottom-level units come with patios.
Amenities include a children’s playground and 155 parking spots. US Gateway Investments owns the $38 million project. Burgos Lanza & Associates, Inc. is the architect. Renderings reveal low-rise buildings in the modern architectural style. At this time, rent information is not available.

The 4.23-acre build site is presently vacant. It’s northwest of Hunters Manor Park and east of McNair Park. Children in the community would likely be zoned for the nearby Charles Drew Elementary School.
