PulteGroup, Inc. has revealed plans for two new communities in Orlando, Florida. The first community, named “the Cove at Nona Sound,” will comprise townhomes measuring 1,652 square feet to 1,858 square feet. The neighboring community, “the Estates at Nona Sound,” will be a gated community offering homes measuring about 1,900 square feet to 5,300 square feet each. At this time, pricing options are not available.
For both communities, amenities include resort-style pools and cabanas. Some of the homes (the ones resting on 60-foot lots) come with lakeside access, allowing owners to dock their boats. The community is expected to draw high-income families because of its proximity to Lake Nona Town Center.
The Estates at Nona Sound will offer homes start at around 1,900 square feet.
PulteGroup, Inc. purchased the 60-acre build site for $15.25 million in April 2022, according to the Orlando Business Journal. Dewberry Architects, Inc. is the civil engineer.
Homes are expected to go fast once construction is underway. Orlando, Florida, is one of the hottest real estate markets right now. Not only will the communities alleviate the housing crisis, but the new construction will generate more jobs in the area.
Both communities are located in Orange County, FL.
The Cove at Nona Sound and the Estates of Nona Sound are located on Clapp Simms Duda Road, Orlando, Florida, 32832, in Orange County. They are adjacent to one another.
