KB Home has a new housing development unfolding in Apopka, Florida. Legacy Hills is a 48-lot community that features homes starting in the mid-$400,000s. GrowthSpotter reports that there are seven floorplans to choose from, measuring from 1,800 square feet to 3,203 square feet each. Homes range from four-bedroom to six-bedroom units.
In-unit amenities include generous lots, eight-foot-tall ceilings, and smart home technology. Homes also come outfitted with built-in WaterSense and EnergyStar appliances—which can save homeowners up to 45 percent on their energy bills.

Each home also comes with a 10-year warranty; Legacy Hills’ customer service team will repair any home repair issues at little to no cost within that timeframe. Communal amenities include a parking lot and tot lot. Sources report that KB Home purchased the 20-acre build site for $1.92 million.
Legacy Hills is conveniently located near many top-rated public schools. It’s also close to Northeast Recreation Complex, which offers various sporting fields, and the Apopka Amphitheater, which hosts shows at various times of the year. It’s also near Wekiwa Springs State Park, which offers swimming, walking trails, children’s activities, and camping.
