Bocora Apartments Could Start Construction Soon as 6419 Congress Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida

Bocora Apartments could soon start construction in Boca Raton, Florida. The $105 million project will offer more than 280,000 square feet of new construction and offer 277 units. The one-bedroom to three-bedroom units will be in an eight-story building, all resting on a 4.1-acre plot.

Homes come outfitted with large windows, terraces, and stainless steel appliances. Communal amenities include a swimming pool with cabanas, outdoor kitchen, gym, dog park, and cyber café. Plans also call for a six-story parking garage.

The build site measures just over four acres.

The Real Deal reports that construction could start by the end of this summer, while other sources suggest that construction could start in the first quarter of 2023. Beztac Company and Wexford Real Estate Investors are the project’s developers.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that the duo bought the build site for around $12 million in late 2021. Beztac Company is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, while Wexford Real Estate Investors is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. The build site was previously a parking lot.

The publication reports that many Florida developers are buying defunct parking lots to build housing developments. Bocora Apartments’ address is 6419 Congress Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida, 33497, in Palm Beach County. The development is west of I-95 and southwest of Delray Beach.
