Harbor Grove Apartments has recently finished construction in Stuart, Florida. The $28 million multifamily housing complex offers more than 320 apartments, measuring 618 square feet to 874 square feet each. Apartments.com notes that layout plans comprise one-bedroom to two-bedroom homes. Rent begins at $1,925 a month, although this could change with time.
Apartments come with granite countertops, ten-foot-high ceilings, and impact-grade windows. Communal amenities include a multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, and 24-hour emergency maintenance team. The pet-friendly community is also gated. The apartments are spread across nine buildings measuring three stories above grade. The build site measures almost 14 acres.
Homes range from one to two bedrooms.
AHS Residential is the owner and general contractor. Sources note that it broke ground on the 107,776-square-foot community in October 2020. AHS Residential presently has 22 active projects in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. It just finished construction on AHS Tamiami, a housing development in Miami-Dade County.
Slattery and Associates Architects and Planners designed Harbor Grove Apartments. Lucido & Associates is the land planner, and Mathers Engineering Corp. is the civil engineer.
Communal amenities include a 24-hour fitness center.
Harbor Grove Apartments’ address is 3250 Southeast Commerce Avenue, Stuart, Florida, 34997, in Martin County. The community is slightly northeast of I-95 and south of the St. Lucie River.
