Le Parc at Lauderhill is scheduled to start construction by the first quarter of 2023 and offer units in 2025. The Real Deal reports that the multi-family residential complex will offer 330 units. Of those units, 144 are garden-style units, and 186 are mid-rise apartments. They will be spread across eight separate buildings, measuring three to seven stories above grade.
The average unit will measure about 900 square feet. The venture is expected to draw those eligible for workforce housing, such as teachers, healthcare workers, and police officers. Le Parc at Lauderhill will offer various amenities, such as a 2,000-square-foot daycare center. The build itself measures about 9.9 acres.
Sources report that the venture will cost $146.5 million to complete. Behar Font & Partners is the architect. Brown Harris Stevens is the developer, and Current Builders, Inc. is the general contractor. All organizations are located in South Florida.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that Le Parc at Lauderhill has been in the works since 2020. It reports that the developer purchased the build site for $3.7 million in 2015. Le Parc at Lauderhill’s address is Northwest 40th Street and Northwest 15th Street, Lauderhill, Florida, 33313, in Broward County. The development is north of Central Broward Park.
