Construction on One Park Sarasota is expected to start later this Fall. The multi-million-dollar venture will offer 123 residences with six penthouses. Homes start at $2.8 million. Most units measure 2,760 square feet to 4,280 square feet––and they come fully furnished. The penthouses (each of which offer three bedrooms) measure 5,500 square feet to 8,460 square feet. They come with plunge pools, private rooftops, and outdoor kitchens.

Communal amenities comprise a 15,000-square-foot fitness center, dog park, wine room, juice bar, and more. The venture will likely take about 30 months to complete once construction starts. Its amenities total more than 63,000 square feet. The spa itself measures more than 4,000 square feet. One Park Sarasota aims to provide unparalleled amenities to similar ventures in the area.
The community is geared toward professionals who are 35 years old and above. Hoyt Architects designed the 18-story venture. JEBCO Ventures, Inc. and Property Markets Group Inc. (PMG)––New York are the developers. Sources report that while developers have selected a general contractor, this information is not publicly available.

True to the name, One Park Sarasota is located in Sarasota, Florida, 34237, in Sarasota County. It’s close to the historic Belle Haven. The tower rests on a parcel measuring just over one-and-a-half acres.
