The Wesley at Fillmore to Start Construction in 2022 in Hollywood, Florida

Corradi Construction Group hopes to break ground on the Wesley at Fillmore in Fall 2022. Before construction starts, developers will demolish two single-family homes.

The multi-family development, located in Hollywood, Florida, will host 57 apartments in a four-story building. The venture will cost around $10 million to build, and it was designed by Kaller Architecture.

The venture will have a rooftop amenity deck.

In total, the venture will require close to 60,000 square feet of new construction, per the South Florida Business Journal. Homes will range from 588 square feet to 1,040 square feet. Sources report that rent would range from $1,500 to $2,000 a month. That’s in accordance with the estimates offered by Rentcafé, which reports that an 873-square-foot apartment in the area goes for around $1,800 a month.

Communal amenities comprise a 90-spot parking garage, dining room, fitness center, and swimming pool. It also features a rooftop amenity deck, which will host these offerings. It’s also within walking distance of many of Hollywood, Florida’s attractions, including Hollywood Beach. The build site itself measures about 35,000 square feet.

The Wesley at Fillmore’s address is 2336 Fillmore Street and 2236 Pierce Street, Hollywood, Florida, 33020, in Broward County. It’s west of ArtsPark at Young Circle and south of Lincoln Park.
