DR Horton has big plans for a new housing development in St. Cloud, Florida. Bueno Lago is a two-phase venture that seeks to offer residences measuring 1,463 square feet to 2,601 square feet. The venture’s website reports that homes range from three-bedroom to five-bedroom units.
Each one- to two-story home comes with at least two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Some homes are townhouses, while others are single-family units. There are six different layout plans to choose from. In-unit amenities comprise pre-installed smart home technology, ceramic-style flooring, and updated stainless steel appliances.

Bueno Lago’s website reports that communal amenities include a resort-style pool, cabanas, and a recreational area. It’s also within close proximity to Lake Nona Medical City and Orlando International Airport. The $134.6 million development already has conceptual renderings online.
DR Horton and Forestar Real Estate Group are the project’s developers. Express Home is another entity involved in the project. At this time, Bueno Lago does not have pricing options publicly available. Sources suggest that homes will be offered for at-market or above-market rates. Bueno Lago is presently undergoing construction, with general contractors having broken ground earlier this summer.
