Construction Continues on Two DR Horton Properties in Homestead and Stuart

Preserves at Park Trace is unfolding in Stuart, Florida. The $44.6 million housing development will offer more than 100 single-family units on a 97-acre lot. Options comprise five floorplans, ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom options.

The one-story homes measure 1,641 square feet to 2,645 square feet, averaging 2,143 square feet per home. While the venture is currently undergoing construction, interested homeowners can request more information online. Lucido and Associates is the civil engineer.

Messina Place is one of DR Horton’s many emerging ventures.

DR Horton, Inc. is acting as the venture’s developer and design-build firm. In fact, Preserves at Park Trace is one of many properties it has undergoing construction. The Coconut Creek-based firm is also working on Messina Place, a similar single-family-housing venture unfolding in Homestead, Florida.

Messina Place offers homes measuring 1,686 square feet to 2,790 square feet each. There are seven floorplans to choose from, and homes comprise three- to four-bedroom units. The South Florida Business Journal reports that DR Horton, Inc. purchased the build site for $6.18 million in Fall 2021. The general contractor started site work the following spring.
