The Waverly at Pensacola is a “little piece of Los Angeles” coming to Escambia County, Florida. Per Pensacola News Journal, the venture will break ground later this Fall. The development will offer 54 luxury condos, with units starting in the $900,000 range. The two- to three-bedroom homes will offer marble bathroom backsplashes and panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The 54 condos will be in a building measuring seven stories above grade. Communal amenities include a fitness center, dog park, rooftop pool, and other resort-style offerings. PR Newswire reports that many amenities lie just beyond the community, comprising retail stores and restaurants. Owners can either live in the condos themselves or rent them out for at least six months at a time.
Developers hosted a launch party on June 15, 2022. The event shared information with future residents and investors. The general contractor hopes to finish construction on the development in 18 months to two years. Bearing Point Properties owns the Waverly at Pensacola. Coleman Partners Architects, LLC designed the community. The structure will is designed in a modernist style with metal framed walls.
