Aventon JAX South to Offer 360 Homes at 11849 Palm Bay Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida, 32207

Aventon JAX South is a new residential housing development slated for Jacksonville, Florida. The venture, estimated to cost more than $44 million, could start construction either later this year or early next year.

Developers hope to start renting the apartments by 2023. It will offer 360 homes, ranging from 752 square feet to 1,408 square feet each. Options comprise one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes.

The venture will offer 360 homes.

The Jax Daily Record reports that the 360 units would be spread across multiple four-story towers. Communal amenities comprise a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, spa, and dog park. The community rests on a 21-acre parcel that the owner purchased for $6.7 million. Many of the organizations involved in this project are based outside of Florida. Scott + Cormia and Design Environments, Inc. are the venture’s two architects.

Aventon Companies is acting as the developer and general contractor. Sources report that Aventon Companies got a building permit issued earlier in October 2022. The Raleigh-based firm just finished construction on Aventon Soraya, an apartment complex offering 324 units.

The build site is presently undeveloped.

That venture is also located in North Jacksonville. Aventon JAX South’s address is 11849 Palm Bay Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida, 32207, in Duval County. The community is east of I-95 and west of the St. Johns River.
