Developers have released conceptual renderings of Parramore City Towers online, a mixed-use venture with a multi-million-dollar price tag. The project, which will reach completion in phases, will yield hotel rooms and 180 units––a mix of affordable housing and at-market homes.
Parramore City Towers will include 14-story double tower, according to the Orlando Business Journal. The hotel element, which is under the Marriott banner, could be a Tribute or Element hotel. Both come with their own benefits, namely, affordability. Per the Orlando Sentinel, the hotel aspect would comprise a 23,300-square-foot conference room and an on-site restaurant.
Sources report that, if approved, the venture could start construction in April 2023. Developers have a meeting scheduled with the City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board for November 2022. They will propose a rezoning request. They hope to have the area changed from residential medium intensity to urban activity center.
Parramore Development is the project’s owner. Cooper Carry––Atlanta is the architect. Wendover Housing––Corporate Office and Capstone Real Estate and Development are the two developers. WFTV reports that the owner purchased the build site for $1 million in July 2021.
Parramore City Towers’ address is 537 West Jackson Street, Orlando, Florida, 32805, in Orange County.

how about a design edit??
What a wholesale mess. It’s an FU to Orlando.
Tim Green is a well known con artist in Orlando. He’s being investigated for PPP loan fraud, has been sued pretty much every other year, and is using this project to find people to steal money from. Do some simple research on him on Orange County Clerk Search and you’ll find plenty.
